Junior Research Fellow Hitoshi ENDO (ILCAA) was awarded the Best Presentation Award at the 34th Annual Conference of the Japanese Association for Nilo-Ethiopian Studies (2025) for his presentation titled ��Research on the Components of the Medieval Sakate Site in the Oromia Region, Ethiopia: Overview of the Site through Field Survey and Satellite Image Analysis�� (co-presented with Dr. Mitsuko WATANABE and Dr. Chikage OBA).

The purpose of this award is to support outstanding presentations and poster sessions.
